Haha awesome!
It’s not a diet but a lifestyle change. It’s okay to treat yourself every once in awhile, in moderation.
This is one of my favorite recipes and it’s so simple and delicious! It’s from the Fuel the Fire nutrition guide that came with Turbo Fire. Making it tonight for dinner!

4 oz. low-fat shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Finished my Shakeology cleanse last night 3.5 pounds lighter. I lost the bloat and my pants are no longer tight which was my goal. It also helped me get back on being disciplined with my eating. So far today I’ve logged my food into myfitnesspal.com and have already finished my workout and it’s only 1pm. Yay me! My workout today was P90X Chest & Back plus ab ripper X. It’s day 1 of my hybrid P90X/Turbo Fire workout plan. Feels good to “push play” and “bring it”!
