I’m frustrated that the weight isn’t coming off as fast as I’d like and neither are the inches. I know that getting this overweight didn’t happen overnight and I shouldn’t expect to be fit overnight but I feel like the weight came off faster a few years ago when I lost it all. Grrrrr. I jus want to be out of the 170’s.
I think I need to focus on my diet better. Eat cleaner and really count the calories.
Had a bad week. Food wasn’t on par and I only worked out 1 day. Not what I want to be doing 2 weeks before my wedding dress fitting. Found this photo on Facebook yesterday though. Love it. Will not let a bad week turn into a bad month, starting fresh and clean TODAY!
